| Father Dan Miehm | |
| Pastor | |
| Father Dan was born and raised in Kitchener but - apart from a two years of study in Rome - his entire priesthood has been in and around Hamilton. Having served as associate at St. Francis Xavier (Stoney Creek) and the Cathedral of Christ the King, he became pastor of Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in 1998. Now approaching twenty years in the priesthood, he has been blessed to serve as pastor of St. Ann’s Parish since 2004. He looks forward to many more! | |
| Father Duy Nguyen (Duy pronounced “zoo-EE”) | |
Father Duy Nguyen comes from northern Vietnam. After seven years of training at St. Peter’s Seminary in London, Ontario, he graduated with an Advanced Masters of Divinity. He was ordained a priest for the diocese of Hamilton on May 3, 2008. St. Ann’s is his first pastoral assignment.
Father Duy remarks: “I strongly believe that God chose to place me in Canada so that I may share my faith and journey with others. To be a priest is to share the mission of our Lord Jesus Christ and his Church. My model is to live and preach the Gospel according to the example of Jesus Christ, in order to bring people to the Father, particularly those who seem to be lost.” |
